Abstract

In this article I seek to do three things. First, to vindicate the political character of the aplication of antitrust normas. Segundo, as a counterpart of the former, I seek to rebut the claim that antitrust is a completely technical discipline where there is no space for substantive considerations. Third, I seek to highlight the risks of acepting the idea that it is even possible for antitrust to be merely technical.
